How far ahead should I order?
Custom baskets usually ship within 3 business days of your order, then allow for UPS's time in transit.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
For our ready-made baskets, order by December 21 in California; December 18 for Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho and Utah; and December 16 for the rest of the US.
For custom baskets, order by December 18 in California; December 16 for Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho and Utah; and December 14 for the rest of the US.
These dates are estimates.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there's no minimum.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, and we can work to any budget. Tell us how many gifts you need and your budget for each.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes, we can invoice corporate clients.
Can I include my own gifts or a greeting?
Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us what you'd like included when you ask for a quote.
Can you ship to a list of addresses?
Yes, we do it every year. Choose "Ship to several addresses" on the quote form and we'll ask you for the list.
Can I pick up instead?
Yes, at our Traver store, 36005 Hwy 99. From Traver we can also bring local orders to your office.
